BOOKING INFOTRMATION
How far in advance should we book? Most couples book between 12 and 24 months ahead, particularly for popular summer dates and destination weddings. However, I do occasionally have availability for shorter-notice celebrations, so it's always worth getting in touch.
How do we book you? The first step is to complete my enquiry form with a few details about your wedding. I'll then get back to you with my availability and further information about my collections. If everything feels like the right fit, we can arrange a chat and talk through your plans. To officially secure your date, I'll guide you through the booking process, including the agreement and booking payment.
Can we arrange a call before booking? Of course! I'd love to. It's really important that you feel comfortable with the person documenting your wedding. A call gives us the opportunity to get to know one another, chat about your plans and make sure we're the right fit.
What information should we include in our enquiry? I'd love to hear as much as you're happy to share. Your wedding date, venue, location and a little about the celebration you're planning are a wonderful starting point. If you have a Pinterest board, mood board or ideas for the day, feel free to share those too. I love hearing about the little details!
Q: How do I secure my booking? A: It’s really simple! To secure your date, I just require a 25% retainer along with a signed contract. Once both are received, your booking is officially confirmed! Please keep in mind that I’m unable to hold or save dates without these, as dates are secured on a first-come, first-served basis. I’d hate for you to miss out on your preferred date, so if you’re ready to book, I recommend getting in touch as soon as possible. I can’t wait to hear from you!
TRAVELING
Are travel expenses included in your destination collections? Yes! All of my travel and accommodation is included so no extra hidden fees.
Which countries do you photograph weddings in? I love travelling for weddings and am available for celebrations throughout Europe and further afield. Italy, Greece, France, Spain, Portugal, Malta and other beautiful destinations are all places I've travelled to. If you're planning something somewhere a little different, please get in touch.
Do you travel for destination weddings? Very much so! Destination weddings are something I absolutely love. From the romantic villas of Italy to the beautiful coastlines of Greece and beyond, I love documenting celebrations in extraordinary places. There's something special about the atmosphere, architecture, light and slower pace of a destination wedding. If you're planning a wedding abroad, I'd love to hear all about it.
Will you arrive before the wedding? For destination weddings, I always arrive 2 or 3 days earlier to make sure that I am there and ready for your wedding.
THE WEDDING DAY
Do you take group photographs? Of course. I recommend keeping group photographs relatively relaxed and streamlined so that you can spend more time celebrating with your guests. We'll discuss your preferred family groupings beforehand and create a little list to make everything run smoothly.
Do you capture the smaller details? Absolutely. I love photographing the details that bring everything together. From the stationery, flowers and bridal accessories to the table settings, beautiful interiors and little personal touches, these details all contribute to the story of your day. I'll make time to capture them thoughtfully.
What happens if it rains on our wedding day? First of all, don't worry! Some of my favourite wedding photographs have been created on overcast, rainy and unexpected-weather days. Beautiful photography isn't dependent on sunshine. I'll work with the conditions, find lovely light and make the most of whatever the day brings. And if the weather allows, we can always step outside for a few photographs when the rain eases.
Do you work alongside videographers? Absolutely. I love working alongside talented videographers and other wedding suppliers. I'll always aim to work collaboratively, ensuring everyone can do their best work while keeping the experience relaxed for you.
